The company is fully owned by Nigerians of high professional repute led by Prince Rasaq Adekunle Quadri, FCA, FCTI, M.IoD who is assisted by professionals of high repute.  Also available are skilled and non skilled staff. The profile of Prince Rasaq Adekunle Quadri is presented below:

Prince Rasaq Adekunle Quadri has been summarily described as a distinguished gentleman in every sense of the word – conduct, character and carriage. This professional completed his Higher National Diploma at Federal Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi State in 1985. It is worthy to note that during this period he excelled in both academic and social performances. 

No sooner he graduated from the polytechnic, he enrolled and passed the qualifying examinations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in May 1987 and was admitted Fellow of the Institute in May 1995, the same year he was admitted Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria having been admitted as Associate Member in 1990. He was admitted Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered) in 1996 and Member, Institute of Directors Nigeria in 2010.

Prince Quadri whose successful professional career spanned over two and half decades started his working career as an Audit Trainee with Ogunbajo Okubule & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 1982. He acquired further experience and exposure while serving in various organizations such as his father’s firm, Oladipupo Quadri & Co. (Chartered Accountants) where he rose to the position of Partner, Technical. Presently, he is the Managing Partner of Rasaq Quadri & Co., Managing Consultant, Marrs Consults and a non-executive Director Fabo Petroleum Company Limited among others.  He is presently supported by many professional and no-professional staff most of who started their career and professionally qualified while being in the employment of RQC.

A professional to the core, Prince Quadri served the Institute Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) in various capacities between 1989 and 2005.  He also served the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) in virtually all facets of the Institute from 1991 to date.  On 4th June, 2009, he was elected the President/Chairman of Council of CITN, the tenure which ended on 2nd June, 2011.  In February 2011, he was elected as the pioneer President of the West Africa Union of Tax Institutes (WAUTI), the umbrella body for tax professional bodies in West Africa.  His tenure ended on 10th May, 2013.

As part of his contributions to the growth of taxation education in Nigeria, he endowed a prize for the best female student in CITN’s Professional Examinations in 2007.

A past Assistant Secretary General of Association of Professional Bodies of Nigeria (APBN) 2006-2008 and member APBN’s Editorial Board that drafted the blue print on Nigerian economy.

He also served as a member, Joint Tax Board (JTB) Technical & Appraisal Committee; member, Management Board, Olabisi Onabanjo University International School 2006-2008; Treasurer, Parents-Teachers Association, International School, Olabisi Onabanjo University, 2005-2008 and presently, President, Olive Circle of Nigeria.  Prince Quadri’s dedication to service, exemplary quality leadership and administrative competence has been recognized and acknowledged through various awards and commendations including:

  • Recipient, 2006 & 2012 Merit Awardee (Individual Category), CITN, Lagos & District Society.
  • Recipient, 2012 CITN Award for Contribution to the Nigerian Tax System;
  • CITN Presidential Commendations for recording all–round remarkable success at Annual Tax Conferences.
  • Recipient, 2014 Society of Women in Taxation (SWIT) Lagos Chapter Merit Award.
  • Recipient, 2014 ICAN Lagos Mainland District Society Award as the most supportive member.
  • Beneficiary, 2015 Islamic Merit Award, Nawair-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, (Division 4), Ebute-Meta Branch.
  • Recipient, 2014 Award of Honour, Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Women Progressive Union, Ebute-Meta Branch for Excellent contribution to the propagation of Islam & humanity.
  • Recipient, 2013 Ijebu Professional Excellence Foundation Award of Excellence in recognition of professional excellence in Accounting.

A resource person at tax some other educational programmes, Prince Quadri has written books and articles, including seminal works. To his credit amongst the books are unpublished works titled Towards Uniformity in Accounting for Nigerian Companies, Accounting for non-Accounting Managers and an Overview of the Nigerian Tax System – Need to Accelerate Reform. He is undoubtedly committed to his profession.  In all these, he was motivated by the idea of service to humanity.
